for me,,a new type of self-service is smartphone such as iphone,samsung galaxy and others.The benefits of this technology is easy to carry anywhere and anytime because its small and light.So,its not too heavy to bring it.Furthermore,its also can save our time and our energy that means when we want to pay bill utilities,,we do not have to wait too long time just for to pay it.This technology also easy to communicate with others like family,friends and so on only by use smartphone that have internet connectinos.But every advantages must have disadvantages same like this technology a smartphone.Smartphone also has disadvantages like it can effect our cell body for example if we look a video for a long time can make our vision short sightness.In addition,it's also can make our performence in study become worst.Smartphone also can be use only with full amount of batteries.It's means that when the battery become low,the smartphone can't be useat all.

I think that's all for my opinion.In nutshell,every thing has it own advantages and disadvantages.So,it's up to us to think and choose between it.
